What should I do before the Lecture Weeks?

You have to fill in your travel form well in time before each Lecture Week starts. If you are employed by the MPG, you have to fill in the online travel form.

This documents shows you how to do so. There are different kinds of travel forms depending on your budget source of your personal funding. Please ask your supervisors or colleagues if you don’t know how to do so. You can also ask us, the IMPRS-Office as usual.

There is an additional document to be filled in for those IMPRS members who are not paid out of the IMPRS budget nor MPI budget. You should fill in the following items of this document: Betreuer (Supervisor), Email guest (your email address), Name, Addresses and Citizenship, in addition to the travel form.
